For women of all cultures all over the world, beauty is a very important issue. We spend a lot of money, energy and time trying to look beautiful. Although beauty is relative, there is also a common perception of beauty due to global trends. By following the trends of the time, we tend to want to achieve a certain appearance. This can actually overshadow the fact that everyone has their own beauty and is expertly designed by the best Artist in the world.
Whatever the current trend, what will make us look best externally is to do what suits us. In order not to be a victim of marketing campaigns of brands, it is important that we know ourselves and know our needs well. We’ve all believed in rhetoric like, “You’ll be better off if you take this, you’ll be perfect if you put this cream on.” Likewise, the comments made by others about our appearance have certainly affected us all at some point. Sometimes even these comments are a reflection of what we want to change in ourselves.
Our appearance is one of the factors that affect our self-esteem. It is possible to say that we prize our appearance even more than our abilities. But that doesn’t mean that our appearance is so effective that it will bring unwavering self-confidence. No matter how much we take care of our personal appearance, it is worth remembering that self-esteem is something that is built from the inside out. We are less affected by external factors if we know ourselves and what looks good on us, and what outfit we feel more like ourselves in.
It may be a cliché, but the effect of inner beauty on external beauty is undeniable. Good thoughts, clean intentions and positive emotions make our faces shine brightly and this light is also noticed by those around us. Keeping our inner world clean is necessary for our inner beauty to be reflected outside. We hope you get the chance to discover your inner and external beauty and how special you are.
